Smithsonian American Art Museum MFMDesign, in conjunction with Museum Lighting and Design of Cleveland, Ohio, worked with the Smithsonian American Art Museum on the reinstallation of their permanent collection within the newly-restored Patent Office Building in Washington, DC.  Paintings, sculpture, photographs, decorative arts, and graphics from the Colonial era to the 1940s are now displayed in 25,400 square feet of galleries.
