Frieze project nears completion

Since 2007 MFM has been working on a major architectural renovation project for the public spaces within the Teamsters headquarters in Washington, DC, directly across from the US Capitol. Part of MFM’s conception for the large entrance lobby is a 70-foot long sculpted frieze portraying the scope of Teamster history over the past 100 years. Ray Kaskey was selected to carry out this grand scale work done in bas-relief. Sculpting work spanned over a year, with finishing work taking an additional 6 months.
